Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd (MST) has joined hands with leading insurance broker TISCO Bank in offering special privileges through the “Mazda Premium Insurance” (MPI) program.
Chanchai Trakarnudomsuk, president of MST, said with the growing number of Mazda vehicles on the road during the past several years, the company had always prioritised after-sales service in order to create maximum customer satisfaction. “We are working on improving the customer experience and recently appointed TISCO as our official insurance broker, serving all Mazda customers with the Mazda Premium Insurance policy,” he said.
Chanchai added: “This latest cooperation will strengthen the relationship of both companies as well as provide Mazda customers with a more complete after-sales service experience. Mazda customers can choose from a large variety of attractive insurance offers from leading insurance companies in Thailand that has been carefully selected by TISCO.”

“Customers have a variety of attractive choices from five insurance companies selected by TISCO,” he added.
The Mazda Premium Insurance program consists of a first-class insurance premium covering various damages and offering various privileges from Mazda. They include genuine Mazda parts and repair at Mazda’s body and paint facility, or at Mazda-approved facilities around the country.
It also includes a 12-month/20,000 kilometre warranty, quick one-day approval for repairs (not over Bt20,000), a five-year Mazda Premium Insurance package plus a discount for customers with a good record.
Other benefits include 24-hour roadside assistance, a towing service, and technical advice in the event of accident or emergency.
The insurance companies taking part in the initiative are Viriya Insurance, Thanachart Insurance, Safety Insurance, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance and Sinmunkong Insurance.
